Microsoft Asia published a research paper promoting BrowserRank, a new method they believe will challenge Google’s supremacy. Google, dans les affaires Vuitton, Eurochallenges et la Bourse des vols, a été condamnée pour contrefaçon, réalisant un usage de ces marques via son système Adwords. Google a alors formé un pouvoir en cassation afin d’obtenir la cassation des arrêts des Cours d’Appel de Paris et Versailles le condamnant par la Cour de Cassation.
